  5. Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to secure all valuables and fragile items in areas where cleaning will take place. Premsol Cleaning is not liable for misplaced or damaged items.

  6. Quality Assurance: If the client is unsatisfied with the service provided, they must notify Premsol Cleaning within 24 hours for a resolution, which may include a re-cleaning session at no additional charge.

  7. Health and Safety: For the safety of our staff, all hazardous environments or health risks must be disclosed prior to the cleaning appointment.
